DEPOSIT REGISTRATION & ADDITIONAL GUARANTEE

In Madrid, it is mandatory to deposit the leasing guarantee with the Madrid Housing Institute (IVIMA). At PEACE OF MIND MADRID, we handle this process, as well as the request for refund or compensation of the deposit when appropriate.

CHANGE OF PAYMENT DETAILS IN UTILITIES

At PEACE OF MIND MADRID, we coordinate the change of contract and direct debit payment for utility services, as well as arrange any additional services the owner may require.

TEMPORARY RENTAL

We manage rentals starting from a minimum duration of 1 month, featuring a portfolio of apartments located in prime areas of Madrid. Each apartment is carefully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Our team meticulously prepares each property, attending to every detail. We ensure all elements are functioning correctly, conduct a thorough inventory check, and equip the apartment with every item necessary, including quality sheets and towels, kitchenware, small appliances, and a safe, among other items.
